NVIDIA/Mellanox Compatible 400GBASE-DR4 QSFP112 PAM4 InfiniBand NDR Optical Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm, 500m, MPO-12/APC, DOM)

The NVIDIA/Mellanox Compatible QSFP112 InfiniBand NDR Optical Transceiver is an InfiniBand 400Gb/s Single-port QSFP112, DR4 single-mode parallel transceiver using a single, 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector. The Reach 4-channel (DR4) design uses 100G-PAM4 modulation and has a maximum fiber reach of 500-meters using OS2 single mode fibers. Used in ConnectX-7/QSFP112 adapters linked to Twin-port transceivers in 2x400G IB switches. When connected to a 1:2 splitter fiber cable, there are only 2 channels on the split end and only 2-channels in the 400G transceiver will be activated, automatically producing 200G speeds and reducing power.
It is an ideal solution for supercomputing and is suitable for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems, seamlessly integrating into computing and storage infrastructure to ensure efficient high-performance interconnection.


Note: The FS P/N is changed from Q112-DR4-400G to QSFP112-DR4-400G, but the product is the same. Only the FS P/N has been changed.
